Carla Carlson  # 1 Individual Agent Remax Gold, El Dorado Hills for 2013 and 2014

Carla has been in real estate in Greater Sacramento Area since 2001. She is dedicated to her work and clients and is full time in the industry.  Carla has primary responsibility for all of our listings.  This responsibility includes marketing, pricing, negotiations and managing the escrow process.

Her prior experience includes management with a major health care provider and CPA and partner in a Regional CPA firm. A few of the skills developed in her past experiences include leadership, communication and project management.

Member of the National, California and El Dorado County Association of Realtors. A present and active member in Rotary.  Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lita is responsible for assisting buyers.   Her services start with listening to her client’s needs. Her objective is to help them better understand the market and options available to them with the sole purpose of finding them the home best suited for their needs.

Member of the National, California and El Dorado County Association of Realtors. Her prior experience includes new home sales.

Working with Carla and Lita, Ginger helps ensure ultimate completion of disclosures and contractual documents for each transaction.  She is invaluable at keeping the transaction moving through the process in a timely manner.

Kristina helps the team with administrative support to ensure your agent’s focus is on your needs, not maintaining the office. Kristina is also a second pair of eyes on all transactions and aids the team by communicating information for each transaction
